By enrolling to the course, you have read and agree to our Terms of Use, Cancellation & Refund policy, privacy policy, placement policy and prohibited conduct.

This agreement (“user agreement") incorporates the terms and conditions for PurpleLane (Brand name of Apostlesway Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) to provide services to the person (“the user”).

• In case of cancellation, no refund will be provided.
• Sharing and buying of – Illegal Copies of our content whoever commits an offense shall be punishable as per appropriate sections with court of law.
• The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this copyrighted work is illegal. Criminal copyright infringement is Punishable as per concerned act.
• Your enrollment cannot be modified.
• You acknowledge and agree that Your user ID and password (“Participant Account”) is for Your exclusive use only.
• While You are granted a limited and non-exclusive right to use the Website, the Services, and the Content and Course-ware for the Restricted Purpose as set forth in this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that We are the sole and exclusive owner of the Website, the Services and the Content and Course-ware and as such are vested with all Intellectual Property Rights and other proprietary rights in the Website, the Services, and the Content and Course-ware.
• You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement other than permitting You to use the Website, the Services, and the Content and Course-ware for the Restricted Purpose does not convey to You in any manner or form any right, title or interest of a proprietary, or any other nature in the Website, the Services, and the Content and Course-ware.
• Please note, PurpleLane is not responsible for how others use information that is publicly available or otherwise accessible to others who have access to the Services.
• The validity of UI/UX course is 1 year.
• Any intellectual property generated during the coursework by the instructor, employees and course participants also belong to Apostlesway Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• The course content should not be reproduced/shared/translated/edited/derived-from without prior written permission from Apostlesway Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• All copyrights to any derivative work relating to this course belong to Apostlesway Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

• The student must be proficient in spoken and written English.
• The student must demonstrate sufficient skills in communication, collaboration and motivation.
• The student must be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that they apply for. Without limiting the foregoing, if the student fails to obtain a job offer directly or partially due to their failure to pass a background check associated with the job offer, they will not be eligible for the placement program.
• The student must have completed all the mandatory requirements of the course, including:
1. The student must submit all course assignments/exercises/projects and qualify in the design test within the course validity period without any plagiarism.
2. The student must meet or exceed expectations on all core projects, according to the provided rubrics. The students are welcome to submit improved versions based on your mentor’s feedback until they meet expectations.
3. The student must have completed and passed all career development tasks that are (a) listed in the curriculum, and (b) personally assigned to them by PurpleLane career coaches. This includes without limitation taking all calls and passing mock interviews. Failing to pass mock interviews may terminate eligibility for this program.
4. Without limiting the foregoing, situations that void Placement program include, but are not limited to:
• The student turned down a job offer provided by the PurpleLane.
• The student decides to search for a role that does not meet the PurpleLane Career Services team criteria, or is outside of the software engineering field/industry.
• The student does not want to work in one of the received job location areas.
• The student does not apply for jobs that are suggested by the PurpleLane or as discussed in their calls with the PurpleLane Career Services team.
• Student no-show or reschedule/cancel a call with less than 24 hours notice with a mock interviewer or with a real interviewer 3 or more times.
• PurpleLane will help you build industry-relevant skills and support you by providing mock interviews, interview experiences of senior students, resume building, portfolio building, etc. This disclaimer is to make it clear to a few students who might think that they can get a job by just joining the course without learning efforts.

All copyrights of the videos, audios, Figma files and other content is exclusively owned by PurpleLane and copying, downloading, distribution or dissemination for any purpose whatsoever is strictly prohibited and would violate such copyright and be actionable under the law.

You shall not use the services or the Platform in order to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, distribute, share, store material. You are bound not to cut, copy, decompile, distribute, modify, recreate, reverse engineer, distribute, disseminate post, publish or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Platform. With Our prior permission, limited use may be allowed and this is solely based on Our discretion. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the content of the Platform is not permitted and is considered:

• in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others;
• that belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
• that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, threatening, abusive or hateful or racially/ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
• that harms minors in any way;
• that impersonate another person or entity;
• that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of PurpleLane's computer/IT systems or site or PurpleLane’s Users, customer’s computer/IT systems or site;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India and any other countries, friendly relations with foreign states or of public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insulting any other nation.

• You shall not either as a regular browsing user, Registered User, Basic Plan user or as a Subscribed User, use the Platform to either directly or indirectly, either alone or with another third party disassemble, reverse engineer or decompile any part or whole of the Platform in order to get access or attempt to get access to the underlying software, source or proprietary technology which enables the Services or other functionalities of the Platform or do anything with an intent to create derivative works or competing platforms that provide same or similar services.
